Do you prepare bills for contractors or check them for clients?

Both — we prepare RA and final bills for contractors and independently check bills on behalf of clients.

What is a deviation statement?

A statement comparing executed quantities with the tendered quantities, item by item, with reasons for the differences.

Can you work out rates for extra items?

Yes, through a rate analysis of materials, labour and overheads, as most contracts require.
